Implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on January 18th 2023 between Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy and HELP University - Malaysia, from July 3rd to July 7th 2023, the Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy paid a short-term working visit at HELP University - Malaysia. The delegation comprised 19 members, including leaders, lecturers, experts from the Academy's departments and full-time university students, led by Assoc. Prof., PhD. Nguyen Van Y - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the Academy.
